Biography

Tomasz Jaeschke, born on 24th of September, 1959 in Poznan (Poland), grew up in a family of four (wonderful) siblings.


EDUCATION

 

  • Catholic Philosophy and Theology at the Pontifical Academy in Krakow (Poland) -  Master of Theology (focusing on spirituality) 
  • Catholic Religious Education at the University of Vienna (Austria) -  Master of Religious Education
  • Peer Mediation Training Coach at the University of Education in Vienna, Strebersdorf (Austria)

WORK

Tom is the author of the book "Nierzadnice" (KOS 2006), a theological treatise on the theory and practice of the life of the Catholic Church.

Tom is longtime pastor (companion) of various marginalized groups such as drug and alcohol addicts. Tom works as an educator for children and adolescents with multiple disabilities, and he teaches religion.

MISCELLANEOUS

Tom practices karate (Shotokan) and he is the only 'human-animal chaplain' in Europe.

Tom's favorite pastime:  jogging
